I am going with a group from my university in the US, and I want to show the group the problems that the people of the Mekong River basin/ Tonle Sap River area face with the changing environment. The decreasing area that is flooding every year in the Tonle Sap lake and the problems that this is causing and how this is hurting the fishing industry are some of the issues. Also, how large scale fishers are taking all the fish away from the local fishers trying to make a living on the Tonle Sap Lake. Or something on the problems that the rest of the Mekong River Basin is facing. I am specifically looking for any place in Singapore or Cambodia, or Thailand like a museum, or water or dam center, or a location on the Tonle Sap River, or a tour on the River, that might be a good place to take the group in order to allow them to understand the issues more than just reading them online.
